At present, the "Grüner Veltliner" is the main variety grown in lower austria. This wine comes from different vines and the conglomeration makes a light, but still characteristic wine.

The good ripe grapes are picked carefully. The must is slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes also place on the fine yeast to keep its freshness and fruity taste.
