RIED GOLDBERG Grüner Veltliner exclusive at Dallmayr

Gruener Veltliner is the most common grape variety in the Wagram region. There exist a few different types within this variety.

This wine originates from old types (no clones) that were grown on the Loess-terraces of Goldberg southeast from Goesing. A vineyard with southern exposure, where we grow 3 ha of wine in their own microclimate.

Only the mature and best berries are selected, and their must is fermented slowly in stainless steal tanks. After a longer aging on lees the wine is pre-filtered using diatomite and bottled in spring.
